On the [imaginary] lift this Sunday: my '04 Suzuki GS500f. Picked this beauty up off Craigslist for a steal.. and it's been teaching me a lot about motorcycle repair and troubleshooting.
In order to test out the latest theory on why the electronic start function isn't working I'll be opening up the left case and hopefully removing the flywheel in order to get a good look at some trouble-making bolts in the starter clutch. Sound like fun? Come learn with me!
Feel free to bring some beer, music, a relaxed attitude, whatever.
Any and all welcome, no need for any mechanical experience.
I've been gradually learning motorcycle mechanics over the past 3 years with experience on a couple of two-stroke minis, a kz400, and a vtr 1000 superhawk
